Manage lists

Here you will find a brief explanation of how pages related to managing lists work.

Go to the 'Lists' page via the menu on the left. You can create a new list via the + button. Indicate whether you want to create a static list or a dynamic list.


Static lists
If you want to create a static list, you will immediately be asked to add objects. The advanced search function allows you to find objects that you want to add to your list. In the overview of objects you will find the “Add to list” button next to the objects found. You can continue to add unlimited objects to the relevant list.

If you have created a static list, you can also add objects to a static list from the overview of objects. You do this by clicking on the three dots behind the name of an object and then clicking 'Add to list'.


Dynamic lists
A dynamic list means that you create a list based on filters that you set via the advanced search function. This list is and remains dynamic, which means that new objects that you create and that fit within the set filters are automatically added to the relevant list.

Choose which type of frame you want to create and enter a name for the frame, for example 'Exhibition of sculptures 18th century'. This list is then added to the overview of all lists. Behind the name of each list you will see the following 5 buttons:



- Manage list (here you can change the name of the list)
- Manage objects (here you can view the objects added to the list)
- Export List (allows you to export the list to Excel or CSV)
- Bulk changes (allows you to perform a bulk change on the relevant list of objects)
- Delete list (deletes the list)
